Distributing Iftar Meals
This annual distribution of takjil is an event organized by the Branch Council of Bondowoso Regency (DKC Bondowoso). This activity reflects our dedication to the community and our commitment to upholding the principles of the Scout Law and Scout Oath.
On May 8, 2021, we distributed takjil at the Bondowoso town square. This initiative received positive feedback from the community, local government, and especially the scout members in Bondowoso.
Who's concerned?
There were two parties supporting our activity first, the Government of Bondowoso and second, the scout enthusiasts from SMP 2 Bondowoso. During the event, we received substantial manpower assistance, and our distribution points were spread throughout the Bondowoso town square.
The activity concluded at 5:00 PM. After the event ended, we proceeded to a worship service at a place of worship, followed by the Maghrib prayer in congregation at a nearby mosque.
With the conclusion of the takjil distribution event on May 8, 2021, we developed an evaluation plan, receiving direct guidance from the Deputy Mayor of Bondowoso. For future annual events, such as takjil distribution, environmental worship services, and other positive activities, we aim to ensure that no event is missed.
